中国隐私政策
This Additional Policy applies to individual residents in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC” or “China”) and to the processing of personal data in China. This section shall be read together with the Privacy Policy. Where there are inconsistencies between this Additional Policy and the Privacy Policy, this Additional Policy shall prevail in China.
本政策适用于中国居民以及中国境内的个人信息处理活动。本节应与《隐私政策》正文同时适用。如果本政策与《隐私政策》不一致，在中国应以本政策为准。
Sensitive Personal Data
Vital Strategies may collect and use your sensitive personal data with consent of you or parents or guardians of children in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC and this Privacy Policy.
敏感个人信息
Vital Strategies可根据中国《个人信息保护法》和《隐私政策》，在征得您（或者儿童的父母或者监护人）同意的情况下，收集和使用您的敏感个人数据。
Under the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC, “sensitive personal data” means personal data that, once leaked or illegally used, will easily harm the dignity of a natural person or the personal or property safety, including but not limited to: (i) biometric data; (ii) religion; (iii) specific social status; (iv) medical health information; (v) financial accounts; (vi) tracking/location information; and (vii) personal data of minors aged under 14.
根据中国《个人信息保护法》，“敏感个人信息”是指一旦泄露或非法使用，容易导致自然人的人格尊严受到侵害或者人身、财产安全受到危害的个人信息，包括但不限于：(1) 生物识别；(2) 宗教信仰；(3) 特定身份；(4) 医疗健康；(5) 金融账户；(6) 行踪轨迹；以及 (7)不满14周岁未成年人的个人信息。
Children’s Personal Data
In China, children are the individuals under the age of 14. Vital Strategies do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information of children and will treat it as sensitive personal data following relevant rules and regulations.
儿童的个人信息
在中国，儿童是不满14周岁的个人。Vital Strategies不会主动收集或索要儿童的个人信息，并将儿童的个人信息作为敏感个人信息，遵守相关法规。
Cross-border Transfer of Personal Data
With your consent, Vital Strategies may transfer your personal data outside of China, or access, store or otherwise process your personal data outside of China.
跨境传输个人信息
Vital Strategies 经您同意，可以将您的个人信息传输到中国境外或者在中国境外访问、存储或以其他方式处理您的个人信息。
Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Party
With your consent, Vital Strategies may share your personal data with third party for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
